Design Session
Our first step in website design is to meet with you one-on-one to understand your business and to examine ways to best highlight its unique aspects. We will discuss what you like and dislike about current website designs. Then we will sketch out a template design and establish the categories of content you would like to see on your site. We will advise you about website best practices, and give you suggestions about headlines, copy, and photos that might work well on your site.
Cost Estimate
We will work up an estimate of the time and cost to create your website, and the options available to host and maintain it each year. We strive to provide high value at an affordable price, and we will work with you to provide a plan that is within your budget.
Content
If you have digital photos, we can work with them. If not, we can shoot pictures for you. We can also scan any document or photo prints that you think might work on your site. We can even write headlines and page content for you. We will create a banner design for you. If you have a company logo, we will incorporate it. If not, we will create one for you.
Setup
We will help you pick out and register a domain name, establish a place to host your site, and design a working-prototype of your website. We will discuss what you like and dislike about the prototype, and make any changes you desire. When you give us the "okay", we will make your website live.
Optimization
We will optimize your website so that popular search engines like Google and Yahoo will find it. We will set-up an analytics account for you so you can monitor visitor traffic. We will also work with you to set up e-mail accounts that compliment the name of your website.
Support
We will establish a support agreement with you to make sure that your website stays up and running. We offer several options to make changes and add new content to your website.
